– You must do what Mike tells you to, he would like you to do it..
– We have no tutorial and its basically you are thrown into it and having a fun
– We want you to vote for us to make a sequel to this game, can’t think of any better way to get you to vote than make it simple and fun.

Move Mike:
To move click on the direction that you want to go and press the arrow keys.
– To flip you can press the space bar
– You can always try and avoid random things by moving to your left
– To jump press space
– You can get in trouble and flip over some things if you go too fast.

The “real money” in the game is the green coin. Buy a green coin, the item will be presented to you. The money used is good forever. Don’t forget, if you have no green coins, you can get them by buying “x-amount” of orange ones.

Game “The Listening Glass” Gameplay:
Fixed a memory leak that could cause the game to crash when trying to play the game.
Approach (Developer):
Build a good entity-component-system based game framework. Fleshing out the basic parts of the project (which now has its own post on my personal website). What is currently missing are server-side code, networking, and a web frontend. I have ideas on how to implement those (e.g. see the comments section of this post), but have no idea if I will get to that.
Game Play:
I played this game which is currently being built for Java SE 6, but it is indeed very RSI-inducing. The game itself is pretty much like a lot of block-pushers, but involves navigating a very limited and dark maze. Also the bricks are very sharp.
The game is at a pretty early state, so the following is by no means a final version of the game.

Here is a video showing the game in its alpha stage. The game has not been optimized in any way (performance-wise) and it is also very buggy. That being said, it gives a good impression of what the gameplay will be like.

Game “The Listening Glass” Gameplay:
A short clip showing the first game play session. The game is still in its alpha stage and a lot of things are missing (e.g. sound and collision detection). Nevertheless, it gives an impression of what the gameplay looks like.
There are some programs on the market that assist in blocking program memory, but they also always change the system behavior and are really just a bad idea in general. If you are having performance issues, it is more likely that your program is trying to access the wrong memory.
For maximum performance, you should do the following:
– Disable all the hardware acceleration features in your graphics card’s control panel.
– Program in release mode.

Degaussers allow a weapon to be used in a way the manufacturer never intended. The end result is an illegal weapon that is far more powerful than the one your manufacturer intended. To be exact, a subsonic degausser can lower the effective muzzle energy of a 9mm handgun enough to deal with regular 9mm loads. A degausser that is supersonic will lower its muzzle energy to the point where subsonic ammunition will not even shoot.
Suggesting an improper degausser is simply noise is like saying the moon is made out of green cheese. The prevailing theory is that an improper degausser merely lowers the muzzle energy down to the point where traditional 9mm loads are not dangerous. The popular consensus is that the Mega is the proof and the RTC is the bell. That being said, it is pretty well known that adding a degausser to a firearm other than the Mega impacts the mag size, but not the capacity of a Mega. So in my opinion, any firearm built in to shoot the Mega mag does so with an improper (pointed) degausser, so adding a degausser to said firearm is an act of malfeasance and the rules of the club.
